Style FX Hair Studio originally started out as “Rose’s Garden of Style” in March 1997. The name was chosen by a client as I couldn’t come up with one that I thought was catchy and I thought it would be fun to involve my clientele with naming the salon. In March of 1999 when we moved to Odana I changed the name to “Rose’s Design Studio” because we were receiving many phone calls from people looking for a flower shop!

“Rose’s Design Studio” stuck until the summer of 2007 when in the middle of a major remodel I decided to drastically change the name to “Style FX Hair Studio”.  The remodel was bringing a major image change and I decided that the name should be a  reflection of the look.  It has been received well.

Style FX Hair Studio is a full service hair salon.  We excel at color services including Hi-lighting and Sun Glitz!  We have regular in salon educational classes as well as attending the Midwest Beauty Show in Chicago annually.  We are a salon that takes pride in the fact that we have a lot of talent and most importantly A LOT OF FUN!  We love to have our clients leave smiling because they love their hair but we REALLY love to have them leave laughing because they also had such a great time while they were here.
